PRO´S PLAYING TIPS: The opening holes are designed on typical Algarve coastal terrain - slightly undulating with lots of pines. When you come to the par 3 fifth, you´re looking directly out to the sea from an elevated tee. It´s 129 metres, over a deep dip. The sixth and seventh are not long, but quire trickly. They skirt the estuary, and the fairways aren´t exacly generous. The views tempt loss of concentration.
